Our dedicated team is further investigating what causes the issue. The current workaround is to open the AccountRight browser app.myob.com.
Go to Sales Settings, Click Reminders, and look for Reminder Settings.

A "workaround" is all well and good Hannah, but this isn't a new issue - it has been ongoing for quite some time. A workaround isn't a solution.
