Thank you so much for your post and for the detailed information. I'm sorry to hear that you were having problems with your invoices. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response.
Can you please confirm if these invoices are shown from the Sales Register in AccountRight? If so, could you please try clearing AccountRight cache and then refresh the window again as sometimes it may be a display issue caused by corrupt browser cache. If you are still not able to find the invoice, then I would check the report "Journal security audit", which will be able to give you a trail and you can check if it was deleted or edited.
