Invoices printing out 2 pages

We mirror all of the above comments. Wasted a good amount of time today trying to get rid of that 'how to pay' page with the QR code. 

We did work out how to turn off online payments (Setup > Preferences > Emailing tab > Edit payment options > Uncheck the option that allows online payments > and don't forget to click SAVE). Adding this just in case it helps someone else.

We thought that doing that would automatically remove the 'how to pay' page, and were surprised to find it did not.

I guess now finding out from the comments of fellow users, and your acknowledgment that there isn't a current work around, we will stop trying.

My husband wants me to add that it is embarrassing to email a customer an invoice for $25,000 with a how to pay QR page attached. He is quite annoyed and wants a solution asap!

Same here, extremely frustrating!!!!

I have deactivated the online payments through the settings via the online browser, and still shows its active and prints the 2 pages. 

Same here, Our personalised invoice forms have worked fine for the last 20 years and now MYOB wants to add a second page with a QR code - It also adds this second page on invoices fully paid.

Online Payments is becoming more hassle than its worth, and to me, it really seems that MYOB is pushing customers to beleive that paying through their online invoice portal (with assoicated surcharges) is the only way to pay for their inovice. 

Notability, on a post from a month ago requesting this feature, MYOB suggests that the "How to pay" and QR code should only be added to standard invoice templates.

Same with us - this has been an extremely frustrating morning and I have wasted about three hours trying to figure out how to disable it.

Even though we email our invoices, we also do a printed copy so the drivers can use them as a delivery docket. I hope MYOB developers develop a fix for this.

It's possibly a good feature if we choose to incorporate the "QR code and How To Pay" into our own custom sales invoices.

But for it to print the QR code on it's own second page isn't a very well thought out feature addition. Especially for those of us that still physically print invoices directly from MYOB. It just means wasted paper.

Same here, this appears to have started today with the release of 2026.5.

We have checked "Customise Forms", but our invoice template looks correct and this QR code isn't showing. So there must be a way to toggle this feature on/off from the desktop software?

Agreed, this is so annoying and so typical of MYOB, just random changes and additions with no explanation or help how to opt in or opt out or turn off. Another way for myob to make some extra cash, while removing options for its long term loyal customers. Other features cut like offline files, offline backups etc.

Even if we have Online Payments enabled, I beleive everyone should be able to choose when and where those payment option are offered or displayed. Emails, printed invoices, etc

We do not  particularly want all our customer payments being directed and pushed through Myob payment gateways with processing fees. Most customers pay via bank deposit direct.

But we still want there to be an option for some customers when required to pay via myob portal or Bpay please.
