Job number already in use error

Hi,   I tried to key in job number for a purchase invoice but an error came up and said: "Job already in use". I checked the records and there was no such job number nor did it work when I tried to...

Hi Philip4,

I'd like to inquire if you're still experiencing the issue. If so, could you share whether Clearing the AccountRight Cache resolved the problem for you? Please inform us if the issue persists, and we'll be happy to investigate further.
