Limited emails sending

Good Morning - Is there a setting or what is the reason that I can't send a number of Invoices directly from MYOB to customers.  I get an error message (see attached) when just trying to send about 1...

Hi Doreen_P​  Thanks for your email.  That is just my problem, I have not actually sent any emails out on that day as usually I only have the Invoices every day to send - the day I put in the question I only had about 15 Invoices to send out and I still got that message and it is happening every time I try to do it.  I will submit a support case any way thanks.
