Lost Customised Forms Invoices & Purchase Order

Hi All,   I updated to the latest build 2025.7.1.5 the the other day and when I went back in, my customised invoices and purchase order forms are no longer showing in the drop down box to choose ...

    Hi Jay
    Could you check in the sales command centre - email/print invoices button what the default sales type is.
    Sales types are linked to the form used

How was this solved, I have the same problem. I have exported my customised sales invoice and also imported. they still dont show up when i want to print / email? Very frustrating!

    Hey AngelaGreg,

     

    Not seeing your customised invoice forms when you're about to send it is frustrating. The forms that show up for printing or emailing are linked to the Sale Type you choose in Advanced Filters. To check this,

     

    • Go to Sales command centre
    • Select Print/Email Invoices
    • Click on Advanced Filters, pick the right Sale Type (Item, Service, Professional, or Time Billing)
    • Select your customised template in Selected Form for Sale

    That’s what controls what appears in the dropdown for both print and email. If this doesn't do the trick, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. They can check what's going on behind the scenes.
