Missing Customer credit card payment

One of our customers paid an invoice with a credit card via MYOB. His card has been debited but we have not recieved notification or the money.  He did not get a reciept for payment either just had the money go from his account. It was 2 months ago. Has anyone else had this happen?

      Hi Leftfield and EAASKS 

       

      Was the payment done through the Online Invoicing Feature? If yes, you can check we have the correct bank account set up for receiving payments by going to the following:

       

      • Go to Setup and choose Preferences.
      • Click the Emailing tab.
      • Click Edit payment options. If prompted, log in with your MYOB details.
      • Click Edit your service preferences.

       

      If the bank account looks correct and you are still not receiving the funds then please send me a Private Message with your serial number and email address so I can investigate for you.
