I am trying to reconcile our accounts and there is a electronic payment missing from my report. It is my dispersments transaction Journal, it has the right date and seems all correct but still not showing in the report.
Any ideas, I am going crazy trying to fix this.

Thanks for reaching out.
I understand how important that all transactions appear in the reconcile accounts window. Generally, if the transactions we are looking for are missing from the reconcile accounts window, it's either the transactions are recorded in the wrong account, have been reconciled in a previous reconciliation date, or have not been created at all. I would suggest opening the transactions in question and doing a transaction recap (ctrl + R) to know which account it went through and correct it accordingly.
