Multuple Price fields

Hi I have set different price Fields for different customers on my desktop in MYOB account right Pro I've noticed it doesn't update on the invoicing app on my phone how do I resolve this

Hi pas135,

 

Verify that the price fields are correctly set up on your desktop version of MYOB AccountRight Pro. Ensure that these settings are saved and properly configured to sync with the mobile app. You may check this link for the complete guide. I also recommend doing the basic troubleshooting, like checking if the app is updated or logging out of the invoicing app then logging back in to refresh the changes made on the desktop.
