MYOB Account Right Pay bills Statement Text length

It appears that in the last week the Statement Text length available in the Pay Bills section that shows on the bank statement has shortened.  Can this be fixed please?  It needs to be long enough to...

Hey DMCH,

 

Thanks so much for sharing what’s happening with your Statement Text and always keen to make sure your ATO PRN fits nice. The Statement Text field in Pay Bills maxes out at 18 characters, so squeezing in anything longer isn’t doable. It’d be nice if you pop this suggestion up on our AccountRight Ideas Exchange board, so the team can keep track and others can chip in their votes too.

    Hi Doreen_P two things:

    1 I tried to put this in the Accountright section and may or may not have achieved that correctly as it was very difficult to navigate, it used to be easier.

    2 This is not a suggestion.  It used to be 18 characters and for some reason has reduced to only 15 characters between last week and this week.  It needs to be resolved back up to 18 characters please.
