Hi Doreen_P,
This has happened again! It is only allowing space for 15 characters in the Statement Text section of Pay Bills screen, I need 18. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Can someone please look in to why it keeps happening?

Hi DMCH,
You shouldn’t be hitting a limit like that, let’s get you back to normal. The Statement Text field in Pay Bills is designed to accept up to 18 characters. If you’re only getting 15, that’s not expected. Try closing and reopening AccountRight, that usually restores the full 18. If that doesn’t help, clear the AccountRight cache. We’ve also seen the browser version consistently allow all 18 characters. If none of that works, jump on live chat via MOCA or log a support ticket through My Account so our team can dig into what’s causing the issue.
