Myob Assist Not Working

When taking a photo of a receipt using Myob Assist, the error message "Something went wrong. We are unable to process your photo. Try again" constantly occurs. It's been happening all morning.

    Hi Jules23.

     

    We’re aware of an issue with the MYOB Assist app and In Tray right now that’s causing that “Something went wrong” error when taking receipt photos. Our team’s on it and working to sort it as soon as possible. For updates, please check our status hub here. Thanks for bearing with us.
