Is there a way to have employees have access to MYOB Capture without being able to acess the company file? Do I have to set them up as a user and no access to the file just to be able to send throug...

The users will still need to be invited to the online company file, but if this user will only need to use MYOB Capture and not any other features, you can deselect access to any feature or even set some as read-only. Setting up a new user for MYOB capture section of this help article has detailed steps on how to do so.
