MYOB INVOICE APP NOT OPENING IN GALAXY S24

MYOB INVOICE App is not opening in Samsung S24. It is crashing everytime. Informed this to MYOB support team several times, as usual NO proper response. 

 

Galaxy S24 series has dropped support for 32-bit apps, and the MYOB invoice app is not yet updated to 64-bit . This means MYOB Invoice App will not work on Samsung S24 mobiles unless the  app developer a update the app to 64-bit which is compatible with the Galaxy S24. (This information I got from Samsung Community Forum).

 

Escalated this to MYOB, not sure when they will fix this. 

 

  • I am having the same issue with my Pixel 9 .The response from MYOB is unacceptable. They have had 10 months to fix this. From the email I just received, it seems like they just don't care about the issue. Yet they still advertise it!!!

    I am very keen to begin a class action if any others are interested.

      Hi MickMDS I know this has been a long time coming, so sorry about that.
      We have a solution ready, we are just testing it at the moment before we release it. Hopefully we can push it asap

      • I also use this invoicing app  . I' am always on the go from job tp job. It is really frustrating that i cannot invoice customers efficiently,  which affects my cash flow.  I have been with MYOB for 13 years. I am  very disappointed

    Their emails to me were as follows  : 

    MYOB invoice is a 32 bit App and is not compatible to 62- Bit processor.

    Until we make the app compatible with 64-bit devices, we recommend that you work with invoices in MYOB Business
