MYOB Invoice Payments stopped apply in MYOB

Our MYOB Invoice Payments has stopped automatically applying the payment in MYOB. We have not changed any of our settings. Now when we get a payment where the customer has paid through the MYOB link,...

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

 

I'm sorry to hear about your payments not matching automatically. In my understanding, the Online Invoice Payments are still active but do not automatically match the bank feed. There is an option in the preferences of the application that you could mark tick to have the bank feeds automatically match the online invoice payments. I would recommend reading through this help article, for more information.
