New CYBER SECURITY update (June 2025)

Hi MYOB,

 

I don't sent emails via SMS I only send emails via MYOB Accountright.  If I don't verify my business details will this affect the automatic emailing of invoices to customers, or will it be the same as it is at present.

 

Would you please explain what you mean by downloading each invoice and emailing manually if I don't verify my business.

    Hi NailEquip,

     

    If you don’t verify your business details for MYOB’s Secure Invoicing, you won’t be able to send invoices automatically via email, SMS, or through our secure systems. Instead, you’ll have to download each one as a PDF and send it manually. For more details, check out this link.
