New Verification for online payments

Is anyone else experiencing not able to email invoices as the du to the new verification for online payments   On Wednesday the 19th March I was no longer able to email invoices. Got the warning me...

Yes I put that in this morning and I am still waiting. Two days of not being to email Invoices is not acceptable

Just cancel the verification process. So I can do my job!!
