Online cc payments not working declined when money on card

A client is trying to pay online via cc but their payment keeps being declined. They have enough funds on the card but the system is auto declining it. Its a government grant virtual card they are us...

Hi Mictay, 

 

It looks like something is blocking the payment from going through. There aren't any known issues with our online invoice payments right now. Given the details you provided, it would be best for your client to contact their bank to sort this out.
