online invoices, but i want to add the invoice as a pdf as well

My company file is online. i would like to send the invoices online.   Some customers are happy with the online format others want a pdf version to work with.   How can this be achieved? I am su...

    Hi chaim 

     

    You are correct there is a preference to choose to either just send a link or attach a PDF as well as the link. To change the preference - Setup > Preferences > Emailing > Under the "when emailing invoices" drop-down, choose "Include a link to the online invoice and attach a PDF of the invoice".
