AmandaMYOB thanks for the reply. Prior to the forced update of online payments, we already had online payments turned off. We have actually never had an online payment come through because we never offered this option. Its only since this update that we have started receiving them, even though the toggle is still switched off.

Thanks for clarifying that. I appreciate you explaining what’s been happening. If Online Payments was already switched off before the forced update, and you’ve only started receiving payments since then, that definitely doesn’t sound like expected behaviour. It’d be best to contact our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. so they know this is still happening and can investigate it further.
