Payments into system are double recording on same invoice

Since upgrading to the new version of MYOB 2022.2, we have had many payments received be automatically doubled up when recording.  Eg: Invoice = $33.20, payment entered for that amount, but when recorded two payments for that amount are payed off to that amount one after the other.  This is causing credits in the system and the banking is not accurate.  It is causing big issues.  Any joy on getting this fixed?

    Hi Jillus 


    Can you please clear AccountRight cache and then try applying the payment to an invoice again ensuring all other users are logged out of the file. Is the same issue still happening?

      How do you clear the cache?  Sorry bit of a nube when it comes to these things.  Just so that you know, we are not running the live version, we are using a local server.
