In AccountRight when you set up AccountRight to send emails, you are able to set up the defaults to include a pdf file.
To check your Preferences you can go to Set up, Preferences choose the emailing tab, and is generally the third option down labeled "When emailing invoices"
In regards to the online invoicing, our Help Article does contain a section of how it will look for your customers which includes a link to download the pdf.
