Hi Wendy2018,
Thank you for your post and we apologize if you are unable to re-print invoices during a locked period. We are aware of this issue and the developers are already working for a permanent solution. Alternatively, if your file is in the cloud you can print or email the sale from the browser. In Accountright you may disable the lock period temporarily to print or email existing sales.
The lock period can be changed from Set Up > Preferences > Security.
Feel free to write a post if you need further assistance.
Cheers,
Jem

This is not a solution. We have sales staff who need to send out past invoices, they do not have access to locking and unlocking periods.

Hi cramptons,
I totally get that dealing with the locking and unlocking periods can be a bit of a pain. Our team is on it and we're hoping to find a solution soon. We've also brought this up in our Community forum. Hang in there, we're working on making things better!

With the solutions re not being able to email invoices in locked period.
When using the web browser or the 'print /email invoices' tab, can you still send invoices via outlook, or do they have to be sent from AccountRight? I cannot seem to get this option to work.
This issue is causing great grief in our business.
Surely your 'experts' can fix this issue in less than weeks!!!???????
