We are also experiencing this issue, and it really is quite urgent and serious MYOB! I can't have staff unlocking periods so they can reprint or email a copy of an invoice, especially if financial information has been sent to the external accountant. The potential for unintended changes is too high, and I also don't have time to run around unlocking and relocking things every time we get a customer query.
