To help you out, try clearing your AccountRight cache first—this often resolves odd behaviors. If the issue continues, please send us the diagnostic log error or reach out to our support team on live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a ticket via MyAccount with the log details so they can check it out further.
