Quote/Order Import/Export Problem
Hi,
I tried to export the quote to update the item price in bulk and import back.
But there is a problem happened, the order of the items in the list will change.

Hey 20191001myob,
To keep the line items steady, only update the price columns in Excel and avoid sorting, filtering or changing the Line No values. Import the file back using "Update existing data" and map both the quote number and the Line No so AccountRight updates the existing lines properly. If the items were still not lining up like the original quote, you can reach out to our team so they can check what’s going on.
