App contacts not loading

I’m unable to access contacts when using the app using iOS 18.3.1. The app messages repeatedly says “something has gone wrong” try again but no matter how many times I try the contacts are not acce...

Hi actsmart,

 

That error message isn't ideal. Since you're on IOS 18.3.1, can you try a few things? First, make sure the app is fully updated. If it is, try closing and reopening it or even reinstalling it to see if that helps.
