I have Myob Business so removing this automatic button has meant that my builder cannot accept invoices without attachments. I just had to resend 34 invoices and manuallty tick each time I email. Not sure why this have been removed.

Hi Aggie,
Having to resend 34 invoices and manually tick the PDF option each time would drive anyone up the wall! At the moment, MYOB Business doesn’t have a way to set the PDF option as default when sending invoices. I can see why this feature would be super handy though! It’s a cracking idea, and I reckon it'd be worth voting for it through this link as another user posted this suggestion on ideas board and hopefully, it makes its way into a future update.

This was a default feature for sending attachments and has been removed recently in June. It's a not new feature. It should be re-instated.

The crazy part is, up until a few weeks ago it WAS the default. So why they would change it, and not allow users the option to add it is totally ridiculous? Its not MYOB 'adding a feature' or even an 'idea' someone has had....its just a case of MYOB needing to undoing another useless update where they have 'improved' their product when no one asked them to.
