I am having the same issue. Did you have any luck resolving this? I have not received a reply from the support ticket either.

Not 100% resolved but getting there.
I went on their live chat and the tech advised they needed a form of ID sent to restore invoicing functionality.
Check if you've received an email from: applications@myobpayby.com - if not, email them to find out what further info they require to restore the invoicing function for you :)
