Register for eInvoicing

I have filled out the screen to register for e-Invoicing and I have received the following error message over the past few days:

 

Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser.

 

All the fields are correctly complete

 

Any suggestions?

    Hi OG_1102,

     

    Thanks for giving that a go. Sounds like you've done everything right on your end, so that error is a bit of a pain. Sometimes these things need a closer look behind the scenes to get sorted properly. 

     

    Best things to do now is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount. They'll be able to check your account and help get this e-invoicing issue fixed for good.
