Hi MickyH75ā I found a work around though not orthodox and may not work in your circumstance but if you set the client up as a supplier for the deposits it doesn't give the message, and then you could allocate to their Customer account at the end of month when you know the exchange rate? Perhaps you could call it the customer name-deposits. I do this because we receive money from one business that isn't attached to invoices and there are several transactions a day in the bank, that message adds an extra step to every transaction you enter.
