Sales invoice deleted mysteriously

We have discovered that a sales invoice has disapeared from Accountright overnight. Has anyone else had this happen? We know it was not manually deleted by a user so it must have been an action compl...

Hi adminedenstone 

 

I'm sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. I'd recommend going to Reports>>Accounts>>Security and Audit>>Journal Security Audit report. You'll be able to trace that transaction, any changes made, if it has been deleted and the user ID.
