Thank you for your post.
To establish a default template through the browser, navigate to sales settings >> templates. Locate the desired template by checking its name, then click on the three dots next to the template. Select "Edit Template" and tick the box beside "Set as Default Template." Save these changes and proceed to send invoices. This should enable the use of the default template.
For your reference, please review the attached screenshot below:
- The template marked as default is the incorrect default template.
- I will now edit the template I wanted to use as the default.
- After saving the default template, I attempted to email invoices, and this allowed me to use the set default template.

I do not have the 3 dots appearing aganist any of the templates!

Thank you for your post.
Could you please share a screenshot of the sales template? When you're accessing an AccountRight company file via a web browser, it's not possible to designate your existing AccountRight desktop templates as the default ones. However, these templates remain available for selection when you're emailing or printing transactions. Please refer to this Hel article, Personalising Invoices, which has information to assist with this.
