Saving copies of invoices

How do I save a copy of an invoice from the preview screen?  At the moment I have to print, scan and save.  Any ideas anybody?

    Hi Katyjane1, is this for sales invoices? If you right click on the invoice in the preview screen, you can select 'save image as' to save a copy of the invoice as an image. Alternatively, if you exit out of the preview, then select Share > Download PDF, you can save a copy of the invoice as a PDF. Either way would stop you needing to print & scan. Hope that helps! :)

    You haven't clarified which invoices you mean but if you mean invoices you have been sent from suppliers via email or from online, I suggest you print to *.pdf and save this to upload.
