Sharepoint Database to create new items in MYOB

We are looking to use the information collected in our Sharepoint database to automate a manual process to create new items into MYOB.

 

Is there a way we can create a connection between the two and allow specific fields from the database to populate into a new item in MYOB?

 

There is a lot of copying and pasting to make this happen at the moment.
