Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum.
I understand how converting a purchase order to a bill while retaining the partial order that has not been fulfilled yet would improve the workflow in the application. Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available. Rest assured we will raise this as a suggestion to the development team.
