Statement Text on electronic payment

    Hi GEB,

     

    Totally get how annoying that would be, especially when the character limit keeps changing and you're stuck manually fixing payment references in online banking. Statement text is designed to accept up to 18 characters, and we've consistently seen the browser version allow the full 18. If you're currently being restricted to 12, something's likely not behaving as expected. A good first step is to clear your AccountRight cache, then jump back in and check if the full character limit is available again.

     

    If it's still happening after that, the best next move would be to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team can dig into your file and see why the limit isn't sticking.
