Hi Alit3ch ,
Thanks for coming back to me, and I'm sorry that curernt workaroudns are not working for you.
On the font check: it's worth checking a few less obvious places, as a single element is enough to block printing:
- Every text field, not just the visible ones ie headers, footers and any fields sitting outside the printed area or overlapping other elements.
- Fields you don't normally look at, such as column headings, subtotal and total labels, and the payment details block.
- Note that some user raised that sometimes a font changes to Arial reverrted to claibri on save - worth verifying that.
- Atlernatively you can also recraete the proessional look invoice using arial, this will make sure that the new form is Calibri free
Another ways of keeping invoices going today:
- The issue affects the desktop application only, so AccountRight in a browser is unaffected and is another way to keep invoicing while this is open. I appreciate that isn't a like-for-like substitute for your branded desktop form, and I'm not suggesting you drop your branding.
- Rolling back the windows update will also fix the issue.
On timing. The root cause sits in a recent Microsoft update, and the fix depends on Microsoft. For that reason I'm not able to give you a reliable date. We're actively engaged with them, and updates will be posted to the incident thread as soon as we have something confirmed.
I'll keep this thread updated.
