Time Billing

Has anyone noticed that your time billing history is no longer in the "enter mutiple time billing" after you have invoiced the customer???

I keep thinking that I have missed the previous week of entering time billing for an employee but I have entered the times, but it no longer stays there as history.

Really annoying and misleading.

    Hi HeatherTyson,

     

    The "Enter Multiple Time Billing" section doesn't keep history once you’ve invoiced the customer—it clears out to prevent duplications. If you need to review previous entries, you can check them under the Time Billing Reports section. You can check the time billing workflow here.
