Hi Celia,
We want to turn off all automatic reminders in MYOB. I have made two changes, and I have added in some screen shots. Could you please advise if this is satisfactory so that no automatic reminders will go out at the of September?

Upon checking on the screenshots, you're absolutely right. You need to untick the box for the send invoice reminders so that the invoice reminder will not automatically be sent.

I just want to make sure I have this absolutely correct. Even though I have unticked the send invoice reminders and send unpaid invoice summaries, the send to specific customers is still ticked (which I cannot un-tick). Can you assure me that doing what I already have done means NO automatic reminders of any kind will be sent out of MYOB.

Upon checking on the screenshots even if you cannot remove the tick on the “send to specific customers” if the “send invoice reminders is unticked, the invoice reminders will not be sent. You can check on this Help Article: Setting up invoice reminders for more information and process on how you set up the invoice reminders.
