Thanks for following up. I've tried to do this myself using a test file and was able to send an invoice reminder from a locked period with no concerns. Based on this, there might be something else contributing to the error you are experiencing, and it'll be best to get in touch with our support team. Partners can create a support case through their practice dashboard, and our other customers can submit a support case through myaccount.myob.com.
