Hi Neuaprae , if I may add, have you reinstalled the program "as administrator". That is, download the installer program, then right-click that file and choose "Run as Administrator". This may resolve the issue (if you did not do that).

Hi, I have reinstalled and run as administrator already but it still doesn't work.
Please help me for this issue. What's the main reason of it?
