Hi Neuaprae , if I may add, have you reinstalled the program "as administrator". That is, download the installer program, then right-click that file and choose "Run as Administrator". This may resolve the issue (if you did not do that).

We recommend trying to export again, then immediately attach the log to a reply. See the diagnostic log for details of where to find it.
