Unable to pay suppliers open bills

Is the Myob AccountRigh2020 "paybills" down?  Was trying to payoff some bills but when click on the "pay bill" tab the usual pop up payment screen is not there .... and I didn't minimised the pay scr...

    Hi minimo1, 

     

    Thank you for your post. Can you please clear your AccountRight cache, once cleared can you please attempt to open the Pay Bills window. Does it work ?
