Hi Leneth - thanks for getting back to me.
Im in Purchase Register, Open Bills or Open Orders - and pressing PRINT in the top left corner.
Any guidance would be great

Hi - no solution - can you please help me?
I am trying to print from the register page, ie Purchase Orders register, or Purchase Open bills register.
Every time i try to print, using the top left PRINT button - it says "No information to print"
clearly there is - so frustrating. I really need to be able to do this. is it a glitch or a setting? Ive looked everywhere

Thanks for letting me know. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Generally, if you have purchases with Professional or Miscellaneous layouts in the system, then this report can incorrectly display this error even if there are purchases in the system. A quick workaround is to turn the Professional or Miscellaneous layout purchases to item or service layout.
A quick way to determine which purchase orders need to be changed is to use the import/export assistant, to export the Purchases, filtering by order, and by each of the layout types causing the issue. Select the minimal export fields needed to determine the purchase orders:
Purchase No.
Co./Last NameYou can then open this list in notepad or excel for quick reference and change the layout in the software. If it doesn't resolve the issue or if you do not have purchases in the affected layouts, then try shortening the date range and run the report again. If the file is online, taking it offline and then running the report can also display it correctly.
