Unable to print invoices, but can print packing slips

Hello,

We have three main people in the company who need to print invoices from AccountRight. They have a Brother MFC-L5755DW printer right next to them. Two of them have never been able to print invoices to the printer. The third person could print invoices, but not any more. The printer screen displays "Receiving data" for a while and then displays "Cancel Printing". They can print packing slips from AccountRight without problems. They can print from other software without problems.

We have updated the firmware on the printer.

We have updated the printer drivers.

We have tried resetting the printer settings to factory defaults.

Still, they cannot print invoices.

They are running Windows 11 and AccountRight build 2023.6.1.4.

Any ideas?
