Unable to print receipts

Good Afternoon   We too are having this problem, seems to have started today, Have tried all the sugestions but unable to find the receipts to print.   Looking at all the other posts on this look...

    I have run that script over your file. Let me know if you still have any issues.

    I am sorry to hear it hasn't fully solved it for you. I know in our next update (2021.4) this issue will be resolved. This update will come out very soon. Alternatively, I can apply for you file to be sent in for a repair, this usually takes 3-4 working days.

I ran the script over that file for you. Let me know if you are able to print receipts now.

    Hi I am having the same issue.  Can I please get some assistance? I have over one hundred customers who need receipts emailed TODAY.  

     

    Last four digits of serial number 3077

    Company File ID 7

        Hi Yanike

         

        The receipts seem to be working now, we installed the latest update son not sure if it was the script that you ran or the update that has fixed this issue.

    Can see receipts that have been generated through the bank but nothing for paymnents made by eftpos etc in our office.
