Unable to print sale
Is anyone else having an issue with being unable to print sales? Packing slips are fine but sales orders wil not print unless we save them as a pdf first.

Sorry you’re having trouble printing the sale. Please try clearing the AccountRight cache, then try printing the sale again. If the issue is still happening, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can further look into this.
