Unable to turn invoice reminders off on client card

There is an option within the individual customer card file to turn invocie reminders on/off or modify them. When I went to use it to update reminders for a client, all I get is a blank screen???   ...

Both the 'Invoice Reminders' option within the customers card file and the sales window are no longer displaying when opened. Can comeone please advise what the go is with this?
