Hi Janete,
Thanks for flagging this. Since you’ve already tried the right basics. Quick extras to try:
- Set the custom form as the default in Print/Email Remittance Advices > Advanced Filters (Remittance Advice – Payables).
- Make sure a default printer is set in Windows, then restart AccountRight.
- Re-save the customised form under a new name and re-select it.
- If you’ve recently updated, the form link can reset, re-link the custom form.
